WESTWORTH VILLAGE, Texas – St. Gregory's senior Taylor Greteman led the Cavaliers to a ninth-place finish this week at the Texas Intercollegiate. The three-round tournament was hosted at Hawks Creek Golf Club.
Greteman, a Moore native, was consistent throughout – firing a pair of 82s before Tuesday's final-round 83. Her 247 total was good for 34th overall.
Sophomore Rylie Eller also carded three rounds in the 80s (84-87-86). She placed 42nd. Carina Hernandez, a freshman from Mission, Texas, shot a three-round 261 (t45).
Rounding out the scoring for the Cavaliers were Alexis Tallant (271, 50th) and Megan Buchanan (275, 51st).
St. Gregory's returns to action October 3-4 at the Badger Shootout in Mobile, Ala. That event will be hosted at Spring Hill Golf Course.
