DENTON, Texas – Monika Kalicinska and Patrice Williams both finished fourth in their respective events Saturday at the North Texas Spring Classic.

Kalicinska, a senior from Poland, finished the 5,000-meter run in 18:16.02, while Williams, a freshman from Houston, recorded a distance of 5.36 meters in the long jump. Neither finish met a national qualifying standard.

SGU's only other top 10 finish came from Domonique Criddle, who placed ninth in the discus throw. Criddle's throw came in at 40.85 meters.

The Cavaliers return to action April 20 at the Sooner Athletic Conference Classic. This event will be hosted on the campus of Oklahoma Baptist University.
