St. Gregory's head swimming and diving coach Lyndsay Watts recently announced the signing of Shawnee's Erica Heon. A sprint freestyler, Heon placed three times at the state meet her senior season at Shawnee High School.

"It was the first year that I was on the swim team, so it was pretty exciting to place at the state meet!" Heon said.

Heon is a transfer from Oklahoma Baptist University.
